What is a Console/PC port game?

A port game is a video game that has been adapted to run on a different platform than the one it was originally designed for. The process of adapting a game to run on a new platform is called game porting.

A “console port” or a “pc port” is a game that was originally made for a console before an identical version is created which can be played on a personal computer.
